First, an experiment to record and share my thoughts. But, thoughts are cheap and people have limited time. So to make it worthwhile for the readers and myself, I want to make this blog honest and interesting. To be honest, is not to play word games and not to paint a more "beautiful" life of myself, but be true to my struggle within; to be interesting, is not to be limited by my personal ups and downs, but to appreciate the wider perspective of life/world/art/nature.
Second, an attempt to navigate through the maze of web and getting useful things out of it without being overwhelmed. That is, instead of being a fast food consumer of the web, I want to use this blog to bookmark the most important phenomena/thoughts/technologies/news and spend quality time with them.
Third, exercises for Chinese/English writtings. (I have already fixed a few pronunciation mistakes with the help of m-w.com! When blogger.com is going to provide a spell checker?)
reminder to myself: stay honest/stay focused.
